Second Saturday with Mark
Mark Means, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, will be leading an hour and fifteen minute group (no, you don't have to talk) at the Student Annex Building at 10:00 AM, the second Saturday of every month.
It's the kind of meeting you can just drop by, BTOCC (bring your own cup of coffee), wear the tackiest of clothes, be real, come sweaty from a just mowed yard, and learn that "we are all in this thing together".
You can come to any one topic or all of them. It's your choice. There may be three or thirty people. Married or unmarried. Stuck or unstuck. It's just about YOU showing up to a place where it will be safe, relevant and open.
Every month Mark will bring a very brief focus on a topic, give us a chance to relate to it, and help us find a way to move forward in our lives. The topics will be appropriate for people 18 years or older. Invite a friend, family member or someone from your community.
Saturday's with Mark will resume later in 2010.
